They aired Michelle Obama's speech in full, and the after-talk was all positive. Closest thing to a negative was Donna Brazille complaining that Michell Obama didn't talk up her fellow black woman (Harris) enough. At the conclusion of the actual fair coverage, Brett Baier had to state that Fox always covers all conventions and "hasn't changed". Probably got a LOT of bitching about giving Obama airtime.

Then. Filthy rotten good-for-nothing rancid lying dirty hypocritical **** *** **** ***** ***** Laura Ingraham came on to start the bashing with Uday Trump, Dinesh D'Ouchebag and a big lineup of lying pieces of shit.

And now I gotta go take a hot shower with industrial strength soap.

They have to convince their viewers that their eyes are lying to them and set an alternate narrative. Without the relentless 24-7 hatchetry of the Republican Smear Machine, they'd be reduced to running on their record of governance. And that's a losing strategy for sure.

Fox has been doing this a long time, but as soon as they drop one of their favorites, their audience forgets right quickly. Remember all the heavy lifting Fox did for George W. Bush? At the time, they made him out to be the second coming of Eisenhower. Nowadays you can't find anyone to admit they voted for Bush.
