But he can pardon Snowden or someone else as a signal to his cronies that he will pardon their future crimes.

What he's looking to do now is to clear his record of the charges so that it appears his crimes didn't exist.

I know the Trump sibling's money has been grossly intertwined for all their adult lives. Fred set it up that way and they remain tangled in each other's pocketbooks..
