talking about how Las Vegas casinos have become hot beds for spreading the virus. Casinos set the rules in Vegas, including safety rules. When they opened back up there was no mandate to wear masks but when the virus began to spread they required masks but they loosely enforce it.
The article goes on to say that casinos are a bigger problem than say schools because it's pretty much impossible to do contact tracing if you caught the virus in a casino and returned home and home is all across the country.
