1. It's winning he wants. Day after day ... more winning.

That’s why he cheats at golf. He MUST WIN, however he defines that (usually, somebody else loses, i.e. he screwed them over). That’s what gives him joy. That’s what makes his life worth living (in his own, twisted mind).

He was right about one thing. Sooner or later the American people were going to get sick of “winning” all the time. What we see now is “too much winning,” just as he predicted.

He wins, or so he thinks. The rest of us LOSE.
