AGs going to court

This was just posted by Bob Ferguson (Washington AG) on Facebook:

I just announced that I am taking President Trump to court for his assault on the Postal Service and our democracy.
I am leading a coalition of states, including many battlegrounds, to protect the Postal Service and Vote-by-Mail from President Trump's partisan attacks. The Postal Service is a critical institution millions of Americans rely on for their prescriptions, their Social Security benefits -- and to exercise their Right to Vote.
Like so many of his most destructive policies, President Trump’s assault on mail-in ballots violates the law. The Trump Administration’s unilateral cuts deny Washington and other states the right to comment on changes that cause a nationwide impact on service. That’s wrong -- and illegal.
Our coalition will be fighting in federal court right here in Washington state. We are 30-1 in our challenges to President Trump's illegal actions. Stay tuned.
