rolling blackouts were over.

Rotating outages are no longer needed as of today, August 17, 2020, at 9:00 pm because electricity reserves are no longer forecasted to drop below established margins.

That might be the plan to disrupt November 3rd. That's why our unAmerican troll is cheering something that also affects California Republicans. He only sees the blueness of an entire state. Not individual GOP voters who may be on medical machines.

Trump might do a better job of swaying Repub voters to Biden than Kasich will.
