Difference between being motivated for the public interest versus private interest.
Joe Biden and the Democrats are motivated by the "better angels" of our polity. The public good, equality achievement, and rational discourse are just some of these motivations.
Unfortunately there may be no greater motivation than staving off indictment, incarceration, and being scorned as a loser. Such are the private motivations of Fuhrer Clorox. That reminds me always, there is NOTHING Chump won't do to avoid these outcomes.
