Different places ask for a "CV" (curriculum vitae) - others ask for a resume.

BIG question here: WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY GOING TO WRITE!?!?!

I can see this in their first interview (if they would get that far):

"Excuse me, I seem to see no mention of what you have been doing for the past 4 years. Can you explain that?"

"So, tell me one reason you are choosing to leave your present job."

"If we were to call your current boss, what would he have to say about your performance?"

"What is one thing you admire about your current boss?"
