Boycotts work better than protests

As much as I respect protesters and their rights to do it, the more I think about it boycotts work better....not just what the athletes are doing (depriving people of their entertainment), but boycotting certain stores, restaurants, and products...people don’t care when they see thousands of people marching, but will care once it’ starts affecting their pockets or comfort life. Just think of the Montgomery Bus Boycott

To see the black SEC and ACC football players boycott, that would really affect them and drive them crazy....the NBA not so much because they probably don’t watch anyway

IMO Seems as though the football players are more "indoctrinated" than other sports.

Leave the Federal Buildings and Downtown Squares alone.

Find the studios and offices of your local Hate Radio station... trust me, you have at least one in your city or town ... march and protest on the sidewalks in front of them. Boycott their advertisers, local and national.

Look, when George Zimmerman needed a place to tell America what a "great guy" he was, and highlight Trayvon Martin's marijuana use, he turned to your local Hate Radio station.

When Michael Brown was killed, Hate Radio was there to tell you how big and scary he was... and that he took some cigarillos from the store.

Eric Gardner, George Floyd...in every case, Hate Radio can be counted on to excuse or justify the injustice.

Want to hear your wife, sister, daughter or mother described as a "slut"? Hate Radio will take care of that for you.

Want to laugh along with the song "Barack the Magic Negro"? Hate Radio has you covered.

Make fun of people dying from AIDS? Check, got that covered too.

Do you know that there are over 80 colleges and universities, and multiple pro sports teams that broadcast their sports on Hate Radio stations that offer nothing but racism, hate, misogyny and ignorance for the rest of the week?

It's all great that the NBA players are boycotting the playoffs right now, but I wonder if they know that their games are broadcast on Hate Radio stations that offer nothing else but Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and whatever other cookiecutter hate radio host they can find.

"Stay tuned as LeBron takes on James Harden, but first here's Rush to decribe the Democratic Party candidates as Joe and the Ho"

Want to know why there's so much hate and intolerance in this country?

Want to know why armed rednecks are emboldened to cosplay Soldier of Fortune on our streets? Hate Radio calls them patriots.

No, if you want to have an impact on changing the tone in this country, the downtown square is not the answer.

The megaphone is coming from within your own house.

15. Fighting them with protests is what the bad guys want.

They want us merely protesting police, for example, instead of protesting the Republican Party power and criminal justice system that it is the life blood for.

Protest for a while, sure. Get these terrible things in the news. Then back off, register to vote, and obliterate the Republicans in November. That's what the bad guys don't want.
