When Hurricane Michael hit the Florida Panhandle two years ago, Trump had one of his rallies scheduled almost simultaneous to when the storm was making landfall.

He did little more than shrug it off and insisted the show must go on, even as Michael cut a hellacious swath from Florida to Georgia as he spoke.
