I worked on campaigns for a long time and my semi informed guess is that theres at least one non delusional person on the Trump side at this moment who sees Kamala Harris as the incredibly skilled and highly credible messenger she is. No one on Trump side speaks like this.

(36,886 posts)You can bet your bottom dollar that Trump/Pence folks are analyzing every word and how she says them.
All big campaigns do it, both sides.

(12,712 posts)Pence is a stiff, cardboard cutout who only seems to be able to show any genuine body language when he is flashing romantic and adoring stares at Trump while he speaks.
Harris is extremely personable, human, alive, potent, vibrant and a powerful presenter. Her body language is not only congruent with her words, but it speaks out to underscore her veracity and to punctuate her cogent points.
Kamala Harris is as real and honest as it gets and it is glaringly obvious as a stark contrast to Trump's living dead brigade.
I knew she was going to be an excellent choice and provide sincere inspiration and leadership.
Pence may be walking into a paper shredder, so to speak. It will rip all the fibers of lies off of that walking Q-Tip.
