African Americans should incorporate themselves. Declare that they are a company with all the
rights and freedoms that the Supreme Court has given corporations. Each could be a board member thus indemnified from prosecution for corporate misdeeds.
They would be awash in cash from tax freedom. They could declare themselves bankrupt at their convenience in the manner so frequently used by trump. Even declare bankruptcy just for shits and giggles.
Corporatize African Americans as a whole and they would be more powerful than Apple and more affluent than Wall Street.
They could run up unimaginable debt and demand that the government bail them out. Again and again and again.
They would be able to squash and sue into debtors prison anyone who said even the remotest thing derogatory about their corporation. The prisons would be full of cops then.
They would be the biggest corporation not just in America but the world.
Ah, just imagine the possibilities.
