QAnon members believe they’ve received coded messages from Q and Mr. Trump at his rallies promising the imminent mass arrests of prominent Democrats involved in the disappearance of thousands of children around the world every year. They also believe that Mr. Trump has launched a “secret war” against satanic pedophiles that he’s “winning,” but the effort could lose momentum if Democrats recapture the White House in 2020.
