Prediction - Trump will pardon Edward Snowden.

Of course this will be a desperate political move with aims to reduce Biden's youth turnout and/or take some of Bernie Sander's voters when the "establishment" inevitably comes out against it.

Trump has already tried to brand himself as the anti-war president and Team Biden need to be ready to counter Trump's moves to Biden's left on some issues.
