If or when Roe is overturned, every Democratic House and Senate Candidate needs to pledge to undo the filibuster and pass a national reproductive rights bill ASAP.

...the new Court invokes "natural law" to claim that human life begins at the moment of conception, such a bill will be thrown out the moment it's signed into law. You'll need a constitutional amendment, with all that entails.
