I have the solution for the voter fraud issue.

Every person in the country that might or even MAY be affected by the new rules put up in the various states need to call their local REPUBLICAN PARTY office and tell them they want to register as Republicans.

See how fast all those folks are whisked away to register!

Then......

Vote Democratic. Because even though you may be registered to one party or another, in a general election, there is NO restriction on which party one votes for.

Primaries are different, but the voter suppression efforts are aimed at the general election.

Register Republican and vote Democratic.

Fuck em.

Problem solved.

At least for presidential elections, not local ones, and as far as felongs, they are likely registered according to their SSA numbers and just as the SSA says they can't get SS while incarcerated, they can't vote at the same time, either. Ther are records of such things that follow one anywhere.

For example, I just got another vehicle today and the dealer applied for credit. They didn't hardly ask me any questions, just wanted to see my drivers's license and SSA number. They got al they needed from that. Most people get SSA numbers at birth now, so why not voting?

Just an idea.

8. Why should Felons be denied the right to vote? Are they no longer citizens?

I've never understood the need to remove any ones right to vote for any reason.

9. I added that in because it is the most common exemption. I don't care since felons serve in office.

The issue is all of this voter ID. There's plenty of ID. Those who were born before there were birth certificates, shouldn't be driven to distraction about voting. People have been treated unfairly, some states deny voting based on moving down the street and the records not being kept up, a function of government which has been largely de-funded by the GOP, until it can barely protect anyone. At the same time the person changing from on address to another even within the same district, Dick Cheney claimed a homestead exemption on property taxes in Texas for years, then when challenged under the Constitution to not reside in the same as the top of the GOP ticket, flies to Wyoming to do a drive-through voting in one day, because he'd lived there years before and thus got around the law. The voting laws in this country are ludicrous.
