Local Coal Miners Union Could Sue Romney Campaign

ST. CLAIRSVILLE -
A local union could be taking legal action against the Campaign group of a presidential candidate.

Republican Mitt Romney came to a Murray Energy coal mine in Belmont County last August. The Service Employee International Union District 1199 claims miners were required to attend the rally, but were not paid for it.

The union said they may sue the Romney Campaign for using visuals from that campaign stop for political gain.
