It's time to get rid of the unfair advantage the senate gives less populated red states and add Washington DC and Puerto Rico as states. Seriously, there is a reason why the founding fathers divided the more densely populated areas of the United States into smaller states. Adding 2 more states would give democrats and America 4 more senators and those 2 states the equal representation they've been denied.

Dunno about US VI, although the western ones are part of Puerto Rico, so would come with it. The others don't seem interested.
