we know one Senator is now infected. We don't know if others were infected or if he has passed it on, so depending on how many others got it will be a determining factor on if and how the Senate meets to start the process.

The election is on us, they may decide that they need to be on the campaign trail more than in the Senate, but with the virus that's very difficult, except they are the party of denial.
