(22,336 posts)1. He should be able to but they have to be effective, and I'm not sure with Trump sick that they will be with undecided voters; and
2. I've read that moderates are swayed more by positive ads about Biden than negative ads about Trump anyway.

(1,789 posts)The way he handles the virus, both in the country and his own circle, his debate showing, the grave dancing for RBG along with superspreader party, paying $750 or less in taxes, plus anything I missed.
Biden has more to lose by going negative than to gain. He is already leading and has two messages to get out: To get out the vote and to let voters know what kind of presidency and policies they can expect from Joe. Let the news be the negative ad and avoid the criticism of taking the low road.
