What do you think will be the biggest electoral surprise this season?

Harrison beating Graham?

Doug Jones pulling it out over Tuberville?

Arizona going for Biden?

For me, its Tejas going blue. I think Abbot's drop box stunt will piss off all the right people who will come out no matter what and vote to kill

What's your guess/hope/prediction?

From the little I know about that race I cannot begin to fathom why the good people of Alabama would begin to support Tuberville. But they do, which is mind-boggling. If Jones wins, that would be the sweetest thing in this year.

Unfortunately there are not enough good people in Alabama.
Change my mind.

Actually listening to Beto on All In right now. The wind is at our back for the statehouse, the Senate, and the White House. No guarantees and things are VERY close, but the trending favors us.

Zotar, a planet in a galaxy far, far away.

They'll be sentient slime creatures. The really surprising part will be that they are excellent Bridge players.

My Mother did. She'd play Canasta with anyone. Aliens - even slimy ones - would be welcome.

After all Obama won here both times. I don’t think even Clinton won Texas although I am too tired now to look it up.

We came within 20K of electing a damaged candidate for governor in 18.

I expect we will go for Biden. And we count all ballots on Election Day and now use paper ballots. If you see Florida called for Biden, go to bed. We will have won.

is low voter turnout.

Obama won Florida and Ohio and Iowa both times. He won Indiana and North Carolina in 2008

but I'm starting to really think Texas will finally go blue. In 2018 beto lost by about 2 points, and it really feels like the momentum is building. Texas is becoming increasingly blue and Trump is despised. Hopefully it happens. If it does no way Trump can win. It's over.

I will be beyond exuberant if Joe takes Texas, but not hugely surprised. He's within talking distance.
