This is remarkable — a federal judge has ordered DOJ to confer with the WH about its official position on declassification of Russia docs in response to Trump’s tweets.

BuzzFeed is seeking access to the *entire* Mueller report based on Trump’s declassification order via tweet.

generally, there is a legal theory that you can't use privilege as both a sword and a shield and that if a party waives privilege as to one part of a document or evidence then the opposing party should be allowed to introduce other parts of such document or evidence for the decisionmaker to understand the complete meaning of the document or evidence

I’d expect roughly a gazillion people to call in. I have meetings that time of day so probably won’t be one of them.

I don’t know if it’s intended to be public but even if so, the volume of calls might be a problem.

Oops maybe I shouldn’t have said that, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who noticed.
