He is experiencing lung fluid issues. Had three family members with Lung Cancer and at the end stages,each was given a Roid in order to help the Lung lining with Oxygen intake into the blood stream.

This Guy is crashing. Saw it first hand and luckily a Oxygen Mask was at hand.

Trump is in bad shape. Just one sick Puppy.
