(16,926 posts)You've never been in a situation where you REALLY needed a job to get you "back in the game" - to take the "next step up" - to allow yourself to think that you've finally "made it" and things are going to really go from here?
It is just NOT that easy - not to refuse to sign - not to break it.
This "you only go around once" thing really does exist - and in the real world it rules!
How much do you want to risk?

(292 posts)I am a RN. There are already HIPPA laws that prevent your medical information from being disclosed to anyone that doesn't have a need to know it. And believe me those HIPPA laws have teeth. So why would an additional non disclosure agreement be needed?
