Going to sleep in 2020.....

Seriously, I NEED sleep.

How did we get here?

A mentally disturbed reality TV vidiot was able to take control of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA by hacking votes................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Here we are 4 years later -broke, falling apart - yet our brethren are STILL trying to destroy US with the evilest of of the evil?

Gawds - how do we sleep?

It is good stuff, Littlelark. You need strategies to distance yourself from all the madness, imo.

https://www.coursera.org/learn/the-science-of-well-being

People who have tried this have told me they felt much better after watching the first video, which is available immediately upon registration.

It is a win-win. Free, easy, quick sign up, and immediately available.

I usually read myself to sleep too.

I hope this is helpful.

If the news is actually physically harming your health now, then it's time to do some detox.

It has rain, the ocean and other sounds that actually will lull you to sleep. I also use a sleep mask if I need to at night but mostly because I want to take a nap and it helps with that. There's also a phone app called Calm, I have used it but not as often as my sound machine and mask.

I use Ambien, Xanax, Indica 91%, and nighttime sleep aid. That will last 4 hours and I have to get up and do it all again.
