Right now, I am feeling like my heart is pounding out of my chest. I am so anxious and I have been feeling this way for such a long time. I know that it is because of Trump and the republicans. I am just constantly fearful and I hate feeling this way. I just want them gone.

But it's like I feel a compulsion to know all of it.... Every dirty lie, the hypocrisy, the crimes.

We'll be much more relaxed at heart, and we can focus on getting these fuckers.
