Being transgender is difficult and painful.

I have had top surgery,testosterone ,have a goatee and I dress 80 % masculine.

I wouldn't get a transplant because I have health issues and I see myself as a mix of genders. I appear as a male androgyny and that's where I am on the gender spectrum. I shift between genders.

It's weird you can look at my photos over time even before surgery and testostrone and see my shifts of gender appearance. It truly has a physical,neurological basis. My surgery has done a lot to bring peace to my life.
The war has ended. I am who I really am gender wise.

To stop the pain of another transman is the ultimate kindness.

Your desire to have a penis has to be strong enough to be worth that trade-off, which includes higher risk of cancer and a likely shorter lifespan.

Hey I mean that is great for them. When I start I don't plan on bottom surgery. Depending on my facial feature. Probably FFS, breast enhancement along with the HRT.

A penis on a scaffold like they grow other organs,using the patients own cells. A genetic tweek to flip the xx to xy as well could reprogram the body to be male.

I wonder about that,if it could be done. I read about a cis guy in another country that had it done and it worked. I will look for the article don't know if I will find it. If I do find it I'll post it here.
