If I had just gotten back from the hospital to the house where my wife and I lived, the FIRST thing that I would do would be to check on her (even if I didn’t like her—she’s still my primary ally on Earth), and I would mention her status to the press and to the world (because she’s my primary ally, and she matters).

From Trump? Nothing.

And the press? Nothing—not even curiosity. This is very strange. I may not like Melania, but she is the FLOTUS, and it seems very WRONG to me that nobody, it seems, cares whether she is alive or dead.
