I tried to tune to see If I could catch the last part of Limblarg and Drumph together (like viewing a bad car wreck)..
Either I didn't get the current show, or he ganged up all the commercials at the end so he wouldn't interrupt Drumph - so all I got were the commercials at the end.

But the the commercials where he did the voice overs he sounded rather raspy..

So idk. Maybe he's got as you said "health on loan".
