not allowing Biden to supposedly do worse in the last debate. Trump was saying Biden couldn't debate, Limbaugh suggested that would have been more obvious if Trump hadn't kept interrupting him.

No response that I noticed from Trump on that. Though later he said he HAD to interrupt because Biden was "lying." He blamed Chris Wallace for not doing that, and that launched Trump's attack on Fox that I posted about here:

His audience is composed of roughly 100% Trump worshipers. He gains nothing by alienating them.

Don't confuse the radio persona with the real person. I suspect the real person cares much more about keeping his fans happy so he can continue to perform for the rest of his life, than he does about whether Trump wins the election.
