going below zero in alaska for the first time this season....yikes

first major cold wave with widespread temps in teens to below zeros for alaska coming this week. temps have been averaging a bit above normal but no more...

The lowest temperature that I experienced was when it got down to 10 degrees A week later it was 90 degrees. I did have to deal a foot of snow while I was living in the DFW Metroplex ten years ago.
