Damn, Al Gore is one of the smartest pols or former pols out there His Internet influence

was right on and so is his position on the climate and renewable energy. We missed a lot not having him as President. I believe he and Jimmy Carter were so under rated when it comes to climate and the changes that we needed to make.

we would not have a 911 to grieve over and we would not have invaded a sovereign country and killed almost 1 million of it's citizens. We would also have trended towards climate change as a positive rather than a negative. All because of a stolen election.

That was his ultimate failure. I agree the election was stolen. But why was it even close? Bill Clinton had just had 8 years where 20 million jobs were created. And Al Gore decided to freeze him out of his campaign. Gore should have beat Bush as bad as Clinton beat Dole.

But Gore didn't and doesn't have a talent connecting with people. He is smart. He was ahead of his time. But all that went for naught because he didn't let Bill Clinton help him.

I think part of that is why Gore doesn't get a seat at the table these days.
