Editing to add that if Trump was getting the standard 10-day treatment of dexamethasone, today would have been the last day.
But Trump said three days ago that he was no longer getting any medication:

(11,443 posts)The last time I had steroid IVs in the hospital, I couldn't sleep and talked everybody's head off. They were nowhere near as strong as what Trump is getting. Also, you get addicted to them and have to be slowly weaned off, or you're really fucked up.

Since the drug is obviously making him manic, though, I wouldn't be surprised if he's insisting on the treatment continuing. Maybe demanding it before he does a rally, even if he might have skipped a day or two earlier?

(20,014 posts)Anybody who has ever had a blood draw knows the bandaid isn't needed for long. His vanity wouldn't let him keep it on longer than necessary where somebody could see it and think he's sick. Maybe getting IVs in the plane and/or limo while traveling.
