Rugged individualism, conspiracy culture and contact tracing......

.... I know several people, including some relatives, who said they would never respond to covid contact tracers if they were contacted.
These aren't anti-mask "freedumb" types either. These are people who believe that C-19 is very real, who mask up and engage in proper social distancing. But on this one issue - contact tracing - they retreat into this Big Brother conspiracy theory fear.
It just helps crystallize why fighting this virus is such a daunting task.

Even people who are otherwise reasonable and intelligent can fall for it. The non-stop bullshit machine in the WH is responsible for this.

He's also why the vast majority of people won't trust a vaccine that he claims is safe. All by design. Fear, fear, fear.

suffering from covid19..do you suppose this scene would bring home the seriousness of wearing a mask...I am so pissed by the selfishness..and the lack of response by this so called admin..200,000+ dead..perhaps a documentary, from emergency to ICU..

This whole not wearing a mask just doesn't make sense to me...

not participate in contact tracing...what am I missing..early in this pandemic one of hubbys friends had a very bad cold (this after covid testing came back negative) - this friend told everyone he was in contact with that he submitted to a test...this was before contact tracing ..that is what I call a friend....be well..
