Harris County, TX (Houston) has surpassed 1 million votes.

For the record, 1.3 million voted in total in 2016. It's by far the largest county in Texas.

It is the most diverse city I have ever lived in. I'll bet at least 70% of those votes are Democratic!

Assuming Trump's 2016 total remains the same, Biden needs less than 1 million votes more than Hillary to win Texas.
