I am so tired of seeing the likes of Santorum, Jennings, this blonde lady on now, etc...I turn it every time they have a panel that includes these people

(52,493 posts)Sane guests, on finding themselves sharing a screen with one of these right wing robot opinionators, should just say, "anerica has had their fill of that kind of nonsense, and rejected it loud and clear, so you need to just go away."
And if they keeps talking,
"Go away and have a nice shutthefuckupcake and we'll work on cleaning up the mess you made."

If Zucker is still calling the shots at CNN,well not surprising. He was a Producer on the Apprentice . And after Blitzer was humiliated, pay back was in order.

(6,283 posts).... Because when they do appear on shows like Don Lemon, all they do is consistently make fools of themselves and their cult leader. Listen to Don Lemon, and as a matter of fact listen to scaramucci. She is making a fool of herself and being exposed for the liar she is with her pathetic attempt to defend trump. There are probably a lot of light republicans and undecideds who watch CNN. It could sway a lot of people when they are slapped in the face with the prospect of another four years under a proven fraud.

(6,283 posts)To me it's pretty simple. They enter certain truth zones at their own risk. They never get out unscathed. I look at them as their own worst enemy.

"Americans, rich or poor, now live in a culture entirely perceived through simulacra-media images and illusions. We live inside a self-referential media hologram of a nation that has not existed for quite some time now, especially in America's heartland.
We no longer have a country . . . just the hollow shell of one, a global corporation masquerading electronically and digitally as a nation called the United States. The corporation now animates us from within our very selves through management of the need hierarchy in goods and information. Sure there is flesh within the machine, but its animating force is a viral concept, a meme run amok. Free market capitalism. We got to move them refrigerators, got to sell them color teevees . . ."
