Many reporters, including me, attempting to listen to federal court hearing on whether to invalidate 127,000 drive-thru votes in Harris County TX

Press line was disconnected with hearing in progress & no reporters let in courtroom. This is huge case & we can't even cover it

So why arent these valid ballots countable?

I mean in the real world would there ever be an INSTANT when anyone would even bring it up?

They are going to steal if they can, and then we have to defend our country.

why aren't all those votes already aggregated into the totals of those votes cast at non drive through sites?

Harris County is presenting its case: That drive thru voting is legal, was approved by SoS and plan has been public knowledge for months.

Hanen asking plaintiffs' attorneys: "Didn't we test this in the primaries this summer?"

Drive-through voting has "been going on for two weeks," Hanen said. "Why am I just getting this case?"

...

Plaintiffs' attorneys arguing that drive-through ballots were cast illegally & will dilute other counties that followed state law

... and cast their legal ballots.

Let’s see just how far these pigs will go to disenfranchise 127,000 voters.

Also, Republican control of the State House is on the line. Dems need to pick up 9 seats, and those votes really matter.

I don’t see how any judge could consider these votes illegal. The polls were set up outside just as they were inside with voter rolls, signature and ID checks. I really detest everything about the Republican Party these days.
