Miami Dade, Palm Beach and Broward are nearly all close to 100% of the 2016 vote.

Miami-Dade 956,931 in 2020 in 2016 975K total vote so - 19K
Palm Beach 589,095 in 2020 in 2016 681K total vote so - 98K
Broward 783,381 in 2020 in 2016 829K total vote so - 46K

It suddenly looks like these counties are not lagging 2016 at all now, in fact, looks like they will probably surpass 2016 vote.
