Walking a golf course is a relaxing way to spend part of this voting day. When I'm done, I'll check again on the status of my absentee ballot. It will probably be the same as it's been for the last month: Received by the clerk.
I've never checked my ballot on-line before. I wonder if it changes to pass/fail after they run it through the counter/shredder.
Maybe I'll drive past my election precinct, just to see if there's a line or any protest going on. It's usually pretty sane, with a few people handing out flyers for their candidates, standing a respectable distance from the door.
