(14,498 posts)Never in my wildest dreams in my youth in the 60s would I see that a political party and president could create such hate and divisiveness over a few decades that the White House needed to be walled in prior to election day.
It's a rancid mess entirely of their making and now we've got to clean it up.......

(7,024 posts)anything like this. I've never experienced anything like the last 4 years. The country hasn't been this divided and violent since the 60's. The last 4 years have totally been upside down and the Republican party is completely responsible for the state we are in.They have screwed us out of what could have been the most productive 8 years under President Obama. Imagine what could have been accomplished if not for republican obstruction. We must not allow this again.
