I mean for any position.
I know that Carter won in 1976. Ann Richards won on 1990. Has there been anything since then? Any farm boards or sheriffs?

Those are county officials, and Texas has its share of blue counties, but statewide offices? None since Bob Bullock (Lt. Gov. - D - term ended 1999) to my knowledge.
