“Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump's personal lawyer on Wednesday, suggested that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden could have voted up to 5,000 times in Philadelphia, in a state where the former vice president is not registered to vote.

While speaking at a Trump campaign press conference in Philadelphia, Giuliani criticized mail-in ballots and said that, "not a single Republican has been able to look" at any mail-in ballots in the city, suggesting that "they could be from Mars, as far as we're concerned."

"Joe Biden could have voted 50 times, as far as we know, or 5,000 times," Giuliani said during the briefing.
Despite being raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the former vice president is not registered to vote in the state. Just last week, Biden and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden were seen voting in their hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, at the Carvel State Office Building.”

This must be killing Rudy G. A nasty politician who was a failing mayor until 9-11. Then he was responsible for making 9-11 incredibly worse by the decision of put command center in the tower plus the fiasco of ordering the wrong new com equipment that was not compatible with other city departments but he comes out a hero mayor because he can detect a TV news camera within 2 blocks. He rides this to being America's mayor and reelection and then to a successful security consultant business raking in international dollars from being America's mayor. He wanted to run for national office, perhaps even president, but he blames Joe Biden for the phrase, "A noun and a verb and 9-11." Rudy was totally humiliated by how popular the phrase became and lost his chance for national office (although not for making money in RW circles). His resentment has probably eroded his brain.
