How many of them arrive by the deadline could determine whether the state swings back to Trump even if Biden goes ahead today. I wouldn’t expect a GA call today unless Biden unexpectedly takes a 5-6k lead.

6. Watching his presser now. They've come up with a new wrinkle. Military ballots

have until tomorrow to come in. They expect up to 8000 of those.

While we can argue over how red one thinks military is, those aren’t going to swing heavily for Biden. Out of the 47K, 12K or so are from red counties. trump is up 12,800 right now. There are some ballots that need signatures, etc.

Discounting military ballots and provisional, we need to get about 63.6% to equal beat trump by 60 votes. I'm betting the military goes 60% or more to trump. If so and it's 8000, we are down 1540 with provisional outstanding.

On the other hand, if one thinks 4000 votes from a county like Forsyth -- that literally did not have one Black resident (because the racists threatened to kill them) -- until 1980s, will swing Biden by 60% or so, I wish you were calling it. There are another couple of counties like that.

That's why I was skeptical when someone said they were from blue areas. I said all outstanding needs to be from at least 70% Biden if Biden is to pull this off. A net of 10 for Trump means that Biden was less than 50% in the last batch of voters.

18. Georgia probably has easiest access of any state. You can register on-line, vote by mail, 4 weeks

of early voting, can check to see if your ballot was accepted on-line, etc. It really can't be any easier.
