has until December 1st to certify the election. There is nothing unusual about this. In the Primary election in March, my mail-in ballot was not counted until three weeks after election day. TV has made too many people think all the votes actually get counted before everyone goes to bed on election day.

I think with that many votes outstanding its likely that a couple of 'decided' races with GOP winner will be overturned.
