Tim Ryan from Ohio?

I've seen Ryan pop up from time to time, and what I've seen, I liked. I do recall he challenged Pelosi in the past for leadership, but it didn't seem to go anywhere. Does anyone know more about him?

I think he’s from northwestern Ohio. He was in the early presidential debates. I’ve heard him make some great speeches. I’m pretty sure he’s pro-life or was at one time.
