I conked out suddenly on Tuesday early-morning while sitting upright, and awoke a few hours later in the same position with the smartphone still in my hand.

Last night I fell asleep MINUTES before Joe's speech. I saw it when I woke up at 1:30 and checked my phone. I was so excited, it took me a couple of hours AND a cannabis gummy, to fall back to sleep.

Until I started taking a tablet, before going to bed, I was down to 3 or 4 hours of sleep, per night, max.

Yes, I too haven't slept well for several nights. I just now realized that, strange as it sounds, that my body actually feels lighter?

So the only reason I lost sleep is because I didn't want to stop reading whatever book I was enjoying.

That's why I didn't wake up until 11:00 this morning--to find the good news already waiting to delight me.

We were lying in bed in the wee hours watching tv and wondering aloud if that asshole was going to be reelected. Once the tide started turning the rest of the week was smooth by comparison.

My state is one that I will have to leave in the next 18-20 months. I have to investigate my next move well as I hope to never have to relocate again. I'm tired of the war and need to retire in a peaceful place.
