... "This has a very 'throw it all at the wall and see what sticks' feel" ...

... the Trump campaign "continues to spread lies about transparency of this process and the access to observers. Trump campaign observers and Republican party observers were present at every moment that every ballot was considered in Pennsylvania."

... the Trump campaign admitted .. before a federal judge last week .. there were "a non-zero number" of observers from the campaign present during ballot counting in Philadelphia ...

... Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro ... said the lawsuit will end up like others filed in Pennsylvania, "found to have no merit by courts at all levels" ...

... “Its key claim, that there’s some inequality in the treatment of mail-in ballot and in-person ballots, could have been brought months ago,” Hasen said. “It does not seem calculated to get any relief other than delay” ...

Joe won't be sworn in until Jan.

Dragging this out has Trump focused and not doing more long term damage during his lame duck period.

Are we better off if Trump wastes his remaining time on tantrums and pointless lawsuits?

But he is fueling his base with more resentment. Looks like there are about 50M Americans who believe Biden stole the election. I think if Trump concedes they might be tamed some?

The Trump Campaign .. claims ... specifically, that a Centre County poll worker “observed mail-in ballots being improperly spoiled.” It goes on to say that some ballots were “destroyed.” The second claim made against Centre County is that provisional ballots were provided to New Jersey voters. The last claim states that “poll watchers did not have meaningful access to observe the canvassing and tabulation process of mail-in and absentee ballots.”

... PA State Representative, Scott Conklin .. says the Centre County counting system is secure and there was almost no fraud. Conklin tells us “Centre County was the model this year that all counties should have done. They put things in place. Both republican and democratic commissioners worked together because the most important thing to them was the sanctity of the election process, not the political views of one individual over another” ...

3. Lawsuit in Arizona is over 180 votes, at most

... here in Arizona, the Trump campaign, the Republican National Committee and the Arizona Republican Party had their first court hearing on Monday on their lawsuit — the one that contends Maricopa County poll workers “consistently, regularly and systematically” took action that deprived Trump of “potentially thousands” of votes.

Or, as it turns out, 180 votes ... assuming every one of those .. would have gone for Trump.

At issue are ballots cast in person on Election Day that contained an overvote or other irregularity. The tabulation machines kick out such ballots, giving voters the option of filling out a new ballot or resubmitting the ballot, knowing that the vote in the race being flagged may not count ...

Deputy Maricopa County Attorney Tom Liddy told the judge on Monday that only 180 of the 165,860 cast in person on Election Day had potential overvotes in the presidential race ...

... The lawsuit .. in Maricopa County, said poll workers told some voters to press a button after a machine had detected an “overvote” ... The lawsuit was filed hours after the dismissal of another .. lawsuit that contested the use of Sharpie markers ... Hobbs spokeswoman Sophia Solis said ... the latest lawsuit “is seemingly a repackaged ‘Sharpiegate’ lawsuit” ...

... As of Sunday morning, all lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign in Michigan had been dismissed ...

... A voter, a member of the media and two candidate campaigns sued Nevada’s secretary of state and other officials to prevent the use of a signature-verification system ... A federal judge rejected the request on Friday ...

... The Trump campaign .. Wednesday filed a lawsuit .. that alleged late-arriving ballots were improperly mingled with valid ballots ... The case was dismissed .. Thursday ...

Once small minds latch onto an idea that supports their internal framework of values, they can't let go.

The idea that the ballot was rigged and 'we was robbed!' is here to stay.

He was going on and on about "they" weren't letting people watch as they counted the
vote in PA and when told the truth went off about how "they" were now counting the votes
too. And when my son asked me about it I told him we count the votes after every election.

And now Fox Business Chanel, Fox News (to a smaller extent), News Max, and Sinclair are selling
the "Trump was cheated" meme.

They weren't trained correctly.

Any ballot marked for Trump should have 'accidentally' been double counted, any vote for Biden should have 'accidentally' fallen in the nearest shredder.

Instead, they just counted. Bad training, that is!
