Elias and Bob Bauer (and all the other brilliant Democratic lawyers working their butts off to stop Trump’s corrupt attempts to manipulate the court system in his favor) are among the real heroes who are literally saving American democracy in 2020.

Their calm competence (and confidence) should give us all great reassurance.

Today in court, a Pennsylvania judge asked a lawyer for Trump point-blank whether he was alleging fraud.

This was from a case they had filed against the Montgomery County Board of Elections (where Montco is the 3rd largest county by population in PA and is a rim county of Philly). I read through the posted portion of the transcript and the lawyer literally had a bunch of gobbledygook as an argument.
