I don't get these people. As the spouse of a critical care nurse, these folks are trying to kill my wife.

(6,573 posts)I needed a new battery for my car. I called AAA, and a really nice guy came out to help me. He was maskless. I remembered to practice social distancing.
He eventually told me that he wasn't going to get sick. I just couldn't argue the point with him. His believe in the strength of his body was full of faith. I just couldn't bring up that a little bit of prudence might be warranted.
I feel like I let him down, and now I worry for him! For me he was a first responder, someone who came out to rescue me from being trapped. But, what could I have said that he hasn't heard?
