An epic loser

By DAVID S. COHEN

... he loses the presidential election ... Then .. .. in court repeatedly ...Trump will leave .. as an epic loser ...

... there’s just so much losing. By .. tally, Trump is 1-25 in .. litigation so far ...

... When the .. campaign .. claimed election fraud, judges .. routinely asked for .. evidence. In court, as opposed to .. Twitter, litigants who make allegations have to back them up ... The .. campaign has .. none, and judges have taken notice ...

... conservative lawyers have .. asked courts to withdraw their lawsuits ...

... the .. team is ... running out of lawyers ...

... Trump is being represented by a clown car ...

... many .. are over .. numbers of ballots that won’t make a difference ...

... everyone .. knows ... Trump is a loser.

... the legal battle over the 2020 election is over ... beset by a fatal mismatch between (a) what his campaign is in a position to allege and prove, and (b) ... the potential number of votes that could swing from Biden to Trump ...

Over what may be .. a .. handful of ballots, the .. campaign seeks to .. disenfranchise 7 million voters — something .. which would result in the same kind of equal-protection harm (to lawful .. voters) that the campaign complains of, except astronomically worse ...

... There are not nearly enough ballots at issue in what remains of his lawsuit to alter the outcome of the voting in Pennsylvania. And without Pennsylvania, he cannot win the election by flipping other states — for which there is, in any event, no realistic prospect.

By Kelsey J. Griffin, Crimson Staff Writer

... “There's nothing inherently legitimate about filing these lawsuits” ... “There's simply no evidence to support the allegations of fraud, non-compliance with state law, faulty software or glitches, etc.” ...

“A fair number of lawsuits are frivolous, in the quite technical sense that it would appropriate for a judge to impose sanctions such as fines on the layers who filed them” ...

“The concerted effort to negate the clear and convincing Biden victory this November 3 is bound to fail on its own terms but is increasingly looking like a Trojan Horse within which something sinister dwells” ...

As a responsible third leg of our government. I don’t think they could even get the Supreme Court to side with them. Assuming it ever got that far, which it won’t.

away is the basis of other lawsuits i.e. 'SEE, you guys even said we were too far away, so throw out everything that was counted before we were allowed to get closer'.

This case you refer to says 'actually we didn't need to let you get closer by law, consider it a courtesy not an indication you were previously treated unfairly'. That's how I took it anyway, could be wrong.

By the way, all you people who didn't vote for The Grand and Glorious Rump should be receiving the paperwork shortly: You're all being sued by Immaculate Trump, LLC -- individually -- for giving the toddler king a sad. Rooody's drafting it as we speak.
